How do I become a customer at HexGuard?
After your first order, you automatically become a customer of HexGuard. You do not need to register to make a purchase at HexGuard. However, if you create a customer account, you can use many additional options. You can also register without ordering immediately. To do this, simply click on Login and then on Register. Then enter your email address and chosen password and complete your registration.
Do I need to register to order from HexGuard?
No, you do not need to register as a customer before placing an order with HexGuard. However, registration and setting up a customer account offers you many advantages. Through the HexGuard customer account, you can use all HexGuard services. For example, you get access to the overview of all orders.
How can I order from HexGuard?
Add the desired product to the shopping cart. After clicking the Proceed to Checkout button, you will be automatically redirected and asked to provide the delivery and billing address. Note: If you have a customer account and have already ordered from us, the address entry step is omitted. If you want to choose a different address than the one last used, you can click on Address at the top and make changes before confirming the purchase. Then decide on a payment method. The order is placed by clicking Buy Now.
Wann wird meine Bestellung geliefert? 
You can always see the current delivery status of an order under My Account (only for registered customers). Our items usually arrive within 1-2 working days (Monday-Saturday) with GLS parcel delivery. Please note: Delivery may be delayed by one working day if there is a Sunday or public holiday between order and delivery.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the desired order and selecting the menu item: Track shipment (only for registered customers). You will be automatically redirected to the GLS website where you can continuously track your shipment.
Liefert HexGuard an jede Adresse in Deutschland? 
We deliver all items to any address within Germany. Your billing address is automatically your delivery address. When ordering, you can also specify a different delivery address (e.g. your employer) within Germany.
Liefert HexGuard auch ins Ausland? 

Wir liefern auch ins Ausland. Versandgebühren in andere Länder können Sie aus der Tabelle unten entnehmen:

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten? 

Wir versenden versichert und mit Sendeverfolgungsnummer mit GLS. In der Regel dauert die Lieferzeit ca. 2–3 Werktage innerhalb Deutschlands und 3–6 Werktage außerhalb Deutschlands. Versandgebühren innerhalb Deutschlands können Sie aus der Tabelle unten entnehmen:

Mit welchem Packetdienst werden Bestellungen versendet? 
Orders at HexGuard are shipped via GLS. Bulky and very heavy items are delivered by freight carrier. Please understand that choosing the shipping company is not possible, but is done automatically by our system. Therefore, delivery to a parcel station is unfortunately not possible at this time.
How can I pay at HexGuard?
We offer the following payment methods: Amazon Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, Credit card Visa, Mastercard
Wie kann ich stornieren? 
Email us at support@HexGuard.eu as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled in every case. If we have already shipped the order, please refuse acceptance of the package. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
How do I return my item?
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving any reason. The return must be announced in writing to customer service at support@HexGuard.eu. However, we strive to improve our product and customer service. We would therefore be very grateful for feedback on your return. Please note that the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. The returned goods must be sent back to us undamaged. Unannounced returns will not be processed.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
After the order has been shipped, the invoice is available in your customer account under My Orders. First click on the Invoice Details button. Then select the View Invoices button. You can then download the invoice.
Where can I find information about the products?
When searching for a product or browsing our offer and category pages, you will find the most important information about each product. By clicking on an item, you will reach the product detail page: There you will find all product information, detailed descriptions and the most important data.
