Shipping costs
We ship insured via GLS with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes about 2–3 business days within Germany, Austria and Poland, and 3–6 business days to other countries. Please refer to the shipping fees in the table below:

For returns, you can send us an email at support@hexguard.eu.
As a rule, processing a return can take between 5 and 14 business days, as each return must be manually inspected. We ask for your understanding. Letters and notes containing information other than the customer's name and the return order number unfortunately cannot be processed. Customer service is available to you for any changes.
Keep the slip with the tracking number until the return has been processed.
