Shipping costs
We ship insured and with a tracking number via GLS. As a rule, delivery takes approx. 2–3 working days within Germany, Austria and Poland and 3–6 working days to other countries. Please refer to the table below for the shipping fees:

As a rule, processing a return can take between 5 and 14 working days, as each return has to be checked manually. Thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately, letters and notes containing any information other than the customer’s name and the order number of the return cannot be processed. Our customer service team is available to help with any changes.
Keep the slip with the tracking number until the return has been processed.
