How do I become a HexGuard customer?

After your first order, you automatically become a HexGuard customer. You don't need to register to make a purchase on HexGuard. However, if you create a customer account, you can take advantage of many additional options. You can also register without placing an order right away. To do so, simply click "Login" and then "Register." Then enter your email address and chosen password and complete the registration process.

Do I need to register to place an order with HexGuard?

No, you do not need to register as a customer before placing an order with HexGuard. However, registering and setting up a customer account offers you many advantages. Through your HexGuard customer account, you can use all of HexGuard's services. For example, you get access to the

How can I order from HexGuard?

Add the desired product to your shopping cart. After clicking the "Checkout now" button, you will be automatically redirected and asked to enter your delivery and billing addresses. Note: If you have a customer account and have already ordered from us, you can skip this step. If you would like to use a different address than the one you last used, you can click "Address" above and make changes before confirming your purchase. Then, select a payment method. Click "Buy now" to place your order.

When will my order be delivered?

You can always see the current delivery status of an order under My Account (registered customers only). Our items are usually delivered within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday) via GLS parcel service. Please note: Delivery may be delayed by one business day if a Sunday or public holiday occurs between the order and delivery.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the desired order and selecting the menu item: Track shipment (registered customers only). You will be automatically redirected to the GLS website, where you can continuously track your shipment.

Does HexGuard deliver to any address in Germany?

We deliver all items to any address within Germany. Your billing address is automatically your delivery address. However, you can also specify a different delivery address (e.g., your employer) within Germany when ordering.

Does HexGuard also ship abroad?

How much are the shipping costs?

Wir versenden versichert und mit Sendeverfolgungsnummer mit GLS. In der Regel dauert die Lieferzeit ca. 2–3 Werktage innerhalb Deutschlands und 3–6 Werktage außerhalb Deutschlands. Versandgebühren innerhalb Deutschlands können Sie aus der Tabelle unten entnehmen:

Which parcel service is used to ship orders?

Orders from HexGuard are shipped via GLS. Bulky and very heavy items are delivered via a freight forwarder. Please understand that you cannot choose the shipping company; this is done automatically by our system. Therefore, delivery to a Packstation is unfortunately not currently possible.

How can I pay at HexGuard?

How can I cancel?

Please email us as soon as possible at support@HexGuard.eu. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled in every case. If we have already shipped the order, please refuse to accept the package. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I return my item?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving any reason. The return must be notified in writing to customer service at support@HexGuard.eu. However, we strive to improve our product and customer service. We would therefore be very grateful for your feedback on your return. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned goods must be returned to us undamaged. Unannounced returns will not be processed.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

After the order has been shipped, the invoice will be available in your customer account under My Orders. First, click on the "Invoice Details" button. Then, select the "View Invoices" button. You can then download the invoice.

Where can I find information about the products?

When you search for a product or browse our offer and category pages, you'll find the most important information about each product. Clicking on an item will take you to the product detail page, where you'll find all the product information, detailed descriptions, and key data.
