General Terms and Conditions
Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Volpe Sp. z o.o., ul. Głogowska 41/8, 45-315 Opole, Poland, PL7543377511, Commercial register number: 541288717
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. You can find more details about shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
When placing your order, you simultaneously provide us with your credit card details. After your verification as the legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your login credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Sofort
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure enabled for participation in Sofort, authenticate accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately thereafter by Sofort and your account is debited.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. To process the order and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate with your login credentials. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice payment and installment payment as payment options. Please note that Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment Payment are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
Klarna Installment Payment
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). Klarna Invoice

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Warranty and guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty law applies. The limitation period for warranty claims is one year from delivery of the goods for used goods. The above limitations and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, body or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraud,
- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Liability
For claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in the event of injury to life, body or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Claims for damages are otherwise excluded.

Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Volpe Sp. z o.o. ul. Głogowska 41/8, 45-315 Opole, support@hexguard.eu) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of return shipping costs and additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 21 days from the day on which the goods have been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Letters and notes containing information other than the customer's name and the return order number cannot be processed. Customer service is available for any changes.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Product review guidelines
When writing a product review, please observe the following guidelines: Focus only on the product you are reviewing and/or your actual experience using this product.
The review should not relate to customer service, shipping or the purchasing process. If you have questions/comments on these topics, please contact customer service directly.
Be specific about what you liked or disliked about the product.
Remember that the purpose of a product review is to provide information to other customers who are considering purchasing the product.
Please note that all submitted product reviews are subject to the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right not to publish a product review if it contains any of the following:
- - Any information not related to the actual product.
- - Obscenity, defamatory language or other language inappropriate for a public forum.
- - Pricing, advertising, "spammy" content or references to other products, offers, websites or competitors.
- - Email addresses, phone numbers, website links, physical addresses or other forms of contact information.
- - Critical or malicious comments about other product reviews published on the website or their authors.
- - Any images showing improper use of the product.
Product reviews will not be published if the reviewer has no experience with the product. Product reviews must comply with all internal guidelines and be written in German.
As mentioned above, you should not submit your feedback on product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues through our product review system. Our customer service representatives will not see them if you submit them through the product review system. Please contact customer service directly instead: support@hexguard.eu.

Terms for redeeming newsletter subscription discount coupons:
The discount code can be used once and is valid for one month after signing up for the newsletter. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
Special notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
