Shipping costs
We ship insured via GLS with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes about 2–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 business days outside Germany. Domestic shipping fees can be found in the table below:

Processing a return typically takes between 5 and 14 business days, as each return must be manually inspected. We ask for your understanding. Letters and notes containing information other than the customer's name and the return order number cannot be processed. Customer service is available to assist you with any changes.
Keep the slip with the tracking number until the return has been processed.
