Shipping costs
We ship insured and with a tracking number via GLS. Delivery usually takes approx. 2–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 business days outside Germany. Please see the table below for shipping fees within Germany:

Processing a return usually takes between 5 and 14 business days, as each return must be manually inspected. We appreciate your understanding. Letters and notes containing information other than the customer’s name and the return order number cannot be processed. Customer service is available for any changes.
Please keep your tracking number slip until the return has been processed.
