Battery-operated marten and rodent repeller

This deterrent is a modern device based on the latest developments in electronic animal deterrent technology. It is battery-powered—two 9V batteries—which allows for efficient operation for 6 to 8 months in 24-hour mode. The device emits sound waves with a variable frequency between 25,000 Hz and 26,000 Hz every 4 seconds. The signal duration is 0.3 seconds. The variable frequency deters animals so much that they cannot become accustomed to the irregular sound. The animals sense danger and move away from the device's range. The cyclical change in the repellent frequency prevents pests from adapting to the new, challenging conditions. The range is approximately 610–760 m² in open areas for larger pests (such as martens, mice, or rats) and 330 m² for insects (fleas, ticks).

Anwendung

The device's effective range is greatest in an open space. If the space has many obstacles (walls, ceilings, floors, soft materials), it is recommended to place a separate device in each room. This battery-operated repellent is ideal for installation in hard-to-reach areas where there are no contacts or other power sources. The device is suitable for hard-to-reach areas in buildings, cars, closets, and outbuildings. The rodent deterrent can be used both in hard-to-reach areas – thanks to its battery power – and on walls or ceilings. A mounting hole is provided on the back of the device, allowing for easy installation on uneven surfaces.
